[UPDATE] - News & Messages: No commercial
or for-hire vehicles with a gross vehicle curb weight over 8,000 pounds are
permitted to park overnight in the Chadwick Shores community. As an exception,
DIY moving trucks (i.e. U-Haul, Penske, and similar) may be parked at a home
when actively engaged in move-in or move-out activity, but not longer than
two nights total for a single moving event.

The Chadwick Shores Property Owner's Association (CSPOA) governs Chadwick
Shores. This association is made up of volunteers from our community and
is the managing body.
