No commercial or for-hire vehicles with a gross vehicle curb weight over
8,000 pounds are permitted to park overnight in the Chadwick Shores community.
As an exception, DIY moving trucks (i.e. U-Haul, Penske, and similar) may
be parked at a home when actively engaged in move-in or move-out activity,
but not longer than two nights total for a single moving event.
Important Gate Information - (Please Read):
Gate Operations begin November 15, 2013.
In preparation for closing the gates at night, we would like share information
about the set-up and basic functions of the gates and the keypad entry system
at our front entrance.

The Chadwick Shores Property Owner's Association (CSPOA) governs Chadwick
Shores. This association is made up of volunteers from our community and
is the managing body.
