Chadwick Shores is a private, upscale, waterfront community located in picturesque Sneads Ferry on the North Carolina coast, just north of Topsail Island.

Chadwick Shores has water on two sides with Chadwick Bay on the eastern edge and Fullards Creek on the northern side with intra-coastal waterway and Atlantic Ocean access.

The "Ferry" is famous for its commercial fishing, shrimping and, of course, our seafood and southern hospitality!

The Chadwick Shores Property Owner's Association (CSPOA) governs Chadwick Shores. This association is made up of volunteers from our community and is the managing body.
