Attention: Due
to the approved upgrade of our neighborhood entrance, the existing Nellie
Stevens hollies on the inside of the entrance wall are being offered, free
of charge to Chadwick Shores property owners in good standing. All costs
involved with the removal, movement and replanting of the trees shall be
at the expense of the Member. Members shall have until February 6, 2012
to get the desired trees before they are removed for new construction. Further
information can be obtained at request by contacting the Board via the
"Suggestion Box" within the
"Contact Us" tab.

Chadwick Shores is a private,
upscale, waterfront community located in picturesque Sneads Ferry on the
North Carolina coast, just north of Topsail Island.
Chadwick Shores has water on two sides
with Chadwick Bay on the eastern edge and Fullards Creek on the northern
side with intra-coastal waterway and Atlantic Ocean access.
The "Ferry" is famous for its commercial
fishing, shrimping and, of course, our seafood and southern hospitality!
The Chadwick Shores Property Owner's
Association (CSPOA) governs Chadwick Shores. This association is made up
of volunteers from our community and is the managing body.
